In this role, you will: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Champion continuous improvement within the Scrum process. Remove roadblocks and impediments to ensure smooth team progress. Foster collaboration and communication between team members, stakeholders, and the Product Owner. Uphold Agile principles and ensure adherence to the Scrum framework. We're looking for a candidate with: Proven experience as a Scrum Master or equivalent Agile experience. A strong understanding of Scrum principles, practices, and ceremonies. Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills. The ability to build trust and rapport within a team environment.
