Tommy started his career at the very young age of 16 joining his father's established building firm in Norwich. Specialising in refurbishment of Grade II Listed Buildings, it was during this period Tommy learnt the skill and art of producing flawless building results and all aspects of design & build. Tommy moved to Essex in 2011 and joined a local high-end landscaping firm as Project Manager. During his time here Tommy project managed numerous large scale, luxury gardens and was part of an award winning build team for shows such as The Chelsea Flower Show. In 2019 Tommy took the leap and decided to create his own business, now known as Rose Hill. With two goals in mind, to design the most beautiful gardens in Essex, and to build a team of highly skilled tradesmen to create them.
