Now, when granting permissions for a folder in YoroDrive, users can set access for subfolders within the same team that has access to the main folder. However, subfolders cannot have permissions changed for users or teams outside of the main folder’s access group. This ensures tighter security and more controlled access management. Workflow Instance Id in Text Controls We’re excited to announce a new enhancement that adds greater flexibility to your workflow. You can now use the Workflow Instance ID from Launched User Attributes and map it to all Text Controls across various tasks, including Start Task, User Task, Message Task, PDF Generation, and Email Task. This new functionality enables seamless tracking and ensures consistent use of the Workflow Instance ID throughout your workflow processes.
